Please do not hesitate to call or text us at 713-806-6853 before scheduling and or confirming availability for at-home euthanasia and end-of-life services. Because of the process of this type of service, plenty of time is necessary to arrive in your area, which can vary daily. First, complete this request form and we will contact you to confirm and complete scheduling. Forms are reviewed during business hours Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings. We are closed on certain days including, but not limited to, Sundays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, and New Year's Day.
